Growing the CAC as a Fully Operational International Communion The Need For years, faithful Anglican clergy and congregations in Ecuador, Colombia, Uganda, Costa Rica, Cuba, Pakistan, Philippines, Kenya, South Africa, and the United States have held fast to orthodox faith and biblical teaching, often with little institutional support and no dedicated financial backing. Until now, all CAC activity has been sustained by individual clergy and the Primate on a personal basis, limiting our ability to: Train and equip new leaders in under‑resourced nations Provide emergency relief and support for persecuted clergy Build sustainable diocesan structures in South America and Africa Offer doctrinal resources, legal guidance, and pastoral care across borders Without a functioning operational budget, CAC remains fragmented and vulnerable rather than unified and strategic.
The Solution: A Launch‑Year Operating Fund of $100,000 With $100,000 in Year 1, CAC will move from an informal, volunteer‑dependent network to a fully operational international communion. Establish US‑based operations (40%) Legal, compliance, insurance, and basic financial oversight Part‑time operations/admin support to handle bookkeeping, communication, and donor relations Core fundraising and communications infrastructure (website giving, email, donor system, basic design/printing) Build out South America operations (30%) Clergy training and resources in Ecuador, Colombia, and Costa Rica Emergency support for vulnerable clergy in Cuba Diocesan startup: registration, governance documents, and minimal admin support Build out Africa operations (25%) Clergy training and resources in Uganda, Kenya, and South Africa Emergency assistance for persecuted clergy in Pakistan (Asia, supported via African regional hub) Diocesan startup and basic administrative support Create a small reserve (5%) A modest operating cushion for unexpected needs, emergencies, and currency fluctuations This launch budget shifts the financial burden off individual clergy and the Primate and places it where it belongs: on a global family of believers called to share the load. What Your Gift Accomplishes You can help move CAC from survival to a sustainable mission. $25/month – Provides digital training resources and pastoral support for 5 clergy in Africa or South America. $100/month – Underwrites emergency support for a persecuted clergy family in Cuba or Pakistan. $250/month – Funds one regional clergy training gathering (30+ leaders) each quarter in Uganda, Kenya, or Colombia. $1,000 (one‑time) – Covers legal and administrative startup for one new diocese. $5,000+ (Founding Partner) – Anchors CAC’s US operations for the year, enabling fundraising, communication, and support across all 10 member nations.
